American Made, Family Owned and Operated

Bartley Manufacturing Co., Inc. was founded by Alfred Bartley in 1974.  Alfred started the business in his garage with a few machines.  Shortly after he expanded his business and opened up a factory in Wolcott, CT.  Alfred's sons Gary and Larry joined their dad at the Wolcott location. In 1989, the business expanded even further and moved to its current location in Waterbury, CT.  Gary is now joined by his son, Dave, and daughter, Sherri, and together they manage the business.
